Shipping and Delivery

1. Freight charges are $8.00 (incl. GST) flat on all orders.

2. All orders must be paid for in full before the order will be dispatched.

3. It is at Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd's discretion how the order will be shipped to the customer. Orders will generally be shipped via courier or Australia Post Express Post. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd will use the fastest most cost effective method to ensure that customers receive their orders at the earliest possible time.

4. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to deliver part of the goods ordered by instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to be sold under a separate contract incorporating these Terms. Failure by Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd to deliver any instalment shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the balance of the order. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd reserves the right to issue invoices for each instalment and enforce the Terms on each separate occasion. If, for any reason, Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd is required to dispatch the order in instalments and the customer is paying freight charges, Shipping, the customer will not be charged any additional freight charges. Any additional instalments will be delivered at the expense of Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd.

Delivery

1. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd distributes from your nearest warehouse in all states:

2. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd will only deliver to Australian addresses and PO Boxes. This includes all Australian capitals, states and territories.

3. As per Shipping (2) orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched so all approximate delivery times below are based on time from when the order is dispatched, not from when the order is placed.

4. With distribution warehouses in across Australia customers have access to a very speedy delivery service. Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd will dispatch your order from the closest warehouse to your location. If the stock is unavailable at this warehouse it will be shipped from the next closest location where stock is available.

5. If Printercartridges.com.au Pty Ltd does not have all or part of an order in stock at any of the distribution warehouses mentioned the customer will be telephoned on the number(s) provided with the order to discuss options. If the customer for any reason cannot be reached on the telephone numbers provided they will be emailed. The customer will have the option of a full or partial refund or the option of waiting for the stock to arrive.

6. Approximate Delivery Time Frames to all states are 1 to 3 days.
